This free live New Year’s Early Eve workshop is a gentle invitation for midlife women (often ages 40–65) to pause, reflect, and listen to what this season of life is asking of them. If you’re noticing shifting roles, louder questions, or a sense that something new is forming — even if you can’t name it yet — this space is for you.

Through a short reflective activity, journaling, and simple creative practices, you’ll gain clarity and compassion for where you are right now, without pressure, resolutions, or hustle. Think of this workshop as a chrysalis — a quiet pause where insight becomes clarity and clarity becomes intention.

At the end, you’ll also hear about the opening of the HappyHer Community for those who feel ready to continue the journey.
